WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Consent Management product strategy and execution. In this role, you'll shape the future of privacy-first data collection and user consent management for enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations while delivering exceptional user experiences.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Consent Management solution, aligned with market needs and privacy regulations
Work closely with our Data Privacy and Protection product team, driving synergies among Consent Management, Consent Integration, and Consent Orchestration
Drive product development from conception through launch, working closely with engineering, design, and privacy teams
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand enterprise client needs and pain points
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure product alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging privacy regulations
Create detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
Serve as the subject matter expert on consent management platforms and privacy technology
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on privacy tech, AdTech, or related enterprise SaaS products
Deep understanding of common CMPs (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, Cookiebot, Osano) and their competitive landscape
Extensive knowledge of global privacy regulations and their impact on digital marketing and data collection
Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Strong technical background with an understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data management
Proven track record of successful enterprise product launches and scaling
Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IAB TCF v2.0 and other consent frameworks
Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager)
CIPP/E or similar privacy certifications
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with data analytics platforms and marketing technology stacks
