Job description

Title: iSolved HCM Implementation Consultant (Data Migration)
Location: Remote (US)
Type: Contract - 6 Months
Pay Rate: $30-80hr DOE

Our client, a leading HCM Consulting Partner is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive iSolved HCM Specialist to support their clients in transitioning to the iSolved platform seamlessly.

You will play a critical role in guiding clients through the data migration and implementation process. This position requires hands-on expertise in iSolved's architecture, data structure, and table configurations, alongside a deep understanding of data mapping, validation, and ongoing maintenance needs. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale data imports and is adept at ensuring data integrity throughout the implementation cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map data from clients' existing systems into iSolved format.
  • Configure data to meet iSolved's system architecture and table requirements.
  • Perform and manage complex data imports into the iSolved platform.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with iSolved's data structure.
  • Extract and convert data from client's current HCM system.
  • Import data into iSolved, executing detailed data validation checks to confirm successful migration.
  • Provide dual maintenance support as needed during the transition period to maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Systematically extract, map, and import client data into iSolved, ensuring repeatable processes for efficient transitions.
  • Conduct data validation to ensure that all information has been loaded correctly and is operational within the iSolved system.
  • Perform dual maintenance, when required, to maintain data integrity across both legacy and iSolved systems.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven expertise in iSolved HCM platform, particularly in data architecture, table configuration, and import processes.
  • Strong background in data migration, mapping, and validation within HCM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth and accurate data migrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working directly with clients to understand data needs and provide training on dual maintenance protocols.
