The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, using Jira to maintain project details, ensure task completion, and facilitate a smooth handover to support.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: BS in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP/financial management software implementation or software consulting services.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, delivering software solutions, and driving customer success.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, customer expectations, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in software configuration and implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments, including development, consulting, QA, and support teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exposure to a wide range of business industries, including software providers, services project accounting, international business, and inventory control.

Travel Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful in-scope, on-budget, and on-time delivery of customizations and integrations.
  • Serve as the primary project contact for customers, handling all project-related communications and managing customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, including leading and planning tasks and personnel, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Utilize Jira for project management, ensuring accurate updates on project status, budget forecasts, task tracking, and resource assignments.
  • Ensure project documentation, including Jira Epics and issues, is complete, concise, and in compliance with the TSG Team Agreements and Documentation Control standards.
  • Lead the project team by driving adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Team Agreements, ensuring that Jira issues, user stories, requirements, and deliverables are well-defined and actionable.
  • Participate in project handover meetings with the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding of the customer’s solution and deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to customer requirements analysis sessions and translate requirements into software solutions.
  • Monitor and control project progress, address change orders, and provide regular status and budget updates to customers and internal teams.
