The role
As a Senior Document Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role will give the individual a wide exposure to the business, working across a number of projects on site. You will have the opportunity to liaise and build relationships with several key stakeholders both internally and externally to the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll ensure support is provided to various projects on site, liaising with a variety of key stakeholders.
- Collate and issue reports, stats, metrics for various project teams.
- Provide support to the Business Support Manager for security and information assurance purposes
- Ensure procedural documentation remains in date and valid as well as the maintenance of the document databases.
- Control of classified information and audit assistance
- Provide support and guidance to other areas of the Business considering Learning from Experience and continuous improvement.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Senior Document Controller:
- Competent with MS Office packages – SharePoint
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications for the Senior Document Controller:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration
- GSCE in English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
