Job Description

E-Commerce Key Account Manager, Personal Health Malaysia

Your Role

  • The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible to achieve sales quotas, development and optimization of sales via digital channels.
  • Drive sell-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
  • Applies existing and new methods/procedures.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

You're likely the right fit if you possess

  • 3 - 5 years of proven track record in the area of online sales.
  • Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel.
  • Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
  • Working experience in digital media and/or on-line retail is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
