Location: Edinburgh or London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Hours: Full time

About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity to join Lloyds Banking Group as an Investment Communications Manager within our Chief Investment Office.
This role involves the creation of a variety of investment content for various group brands, including Scottish Widows. It relies on a good understanding of investment strategies and markets, our funds, key promotional messages, our Responsible Investment approach and emerging investment themes.
You'll deliver insightful, high-quality content to support the promotion of our range of investment products across the Group and help raise the profile of senior investment team members externally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver investment-themed articles, blogs, video scripts, social media posts and presentation decks for our external audiences; investment content to support marketing campaigns; collateral to support propositional changes.
- Work with Propositions, Distribution and, where appropriate, external partners to develop investment content to support the ongoing promotion of our funds. Feed into projects delivering investment change activity as a communications representative.
- Translate complex investment material into simple, engaging copy for consumer audiences. Ensuring communications consider customer and business objectives, with due regard to risk management and timely delivery.
- Ensure clear processes are in place to take and prioritise input from partners, working as required with other teams in Investments to consider and co-ordinate response.
- Operate within a defined risk framework, ensuring materials meet customer needs and embracing the principles of TCF, Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
- Through reading, attending meetings and talking to SMEs in the Chief Investment Office team and at our external fund manager partners, keep up to date with market developments and our business strategy, and convert this knowledge into ideas and activities that support our distribution strategy.
