đ Location: Washington D.C. Area / Hybrid â 3 days office, 2 days remote.
đ° Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
â° Working Rhythm: This full-time position will work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, however, we know that sometimes, to get things done, you have to be flexible and adapt your typical weekly schedule.
đ Contract Type: This is a permanent position
đ¤ Reporting To: Head of Compliance
âď¸ Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel domestically or internationally.

Key Responsibilities đŻ
- Respond to inquiries from the academic community, including licensing and accreditation bodies.
- Schedule and manage meetings both onsite and virtually, coordinating between various academic teams.
- Support cross-functional projects across the Academic department to ensure departmental strategic goals are met.
- Develop and track timelines for ongoing projects, ensuring deliverables are met and reporting on progress to the Head of Compliance and other leaders.
- Manage collaboration between learning design, product, and academic teams to support curriculum development, including monitoring SME completion and file/document organization.
- Develop a university calendar of events through collaboration with all departments to keep leadership and the learning community updated.
- Organize and manage the process for policy development, review, and catalog/website updates.
- Attend meetings and ensure that minutes are taken and archived.
- Support the Authentication and Attestation process.
- Work with the Head of Compliance on compliance-related initiatives and partnerships with other universities.
- Manage communication with Advisory Board members, including bi-annual meetings and email discussions.
- Conduct periodic audits of internal processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications đ

- Must have a minimum of a bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Attention to detail and ability to edit written reports and submissions
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in managing project management software (such as Asana), work independently, and work within strict deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop effective presentations
- Demonstrates strong accountability and emotional intelligence to deliver objectives promptly and to the highest standards.
