Position Summary: Our office is looking to add a dedicated and passionate Personal Lines Account Representative to our growing team. Responsible for servicing personal lines clients from A-Z which includes but not limited to, marketing renewals, quoting on-line with various carriers, reviewing policies by comparing expiring vs renewal, taking changes from the customer, and communicating to the carrier, and maintaining the everyday needs of the customer by maintaining your own book of business.

Essential Tasks:

· Working in a paperless environment

· Work professionally with customers via phone, e-mail, and fax regarding their account(s)

· Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to address customers’ needs

· Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers

· Perform additional duties as assigned in a timely manner

Experience:

· Personal Lines Insurance: 3 years Experience (Preferred but not required)

· Must have current resident PA P&C License (Required)

· AMS360 Agency Management System or equivalent (Preferred but not required - we will train)

. Know how to prioritize workflow on a daily basis

· Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team in an ever-evolving industry

· Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to procedural changes/updates

. Able to Multi-Task
