Mission

Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple digital channels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Continuously identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance campaign performance, while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals and growth objectives

What you will do
  • Design and launch a Full Funnel Paid Media campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) on both segments B2B2C

  • Support our strategy to increase new qualified leads to join our Marketplace

  • Develop detailed media plans with clear budget allocations across channels based on campaign objectives, optimizing the budget allocation for the highest-performing channels

  • Increase campaign relevance and engagement by improving audience segmentation, resulting in conversion rates across key campaigns on both segments.

  • Develop detailed performance reports with actionable insights contributing to improvement in overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with Brand, Growth and Comms teams, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and creative execution.

Requirements
  • Strong Experience and Knowledge in Digital Media

    • +3 years of experience in media planning (strategic, implementation and optimization), with a focus on paid media strategies.

    • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and campaign management tools.

    • Experience with budget management, campaign optimization, and audience targeting

  • Has successfully defined and created customer journeys

    • Proven experience in creating customer journeys that can evolve into full funnel strategies to attract qualified leads or drive traffic to our landing pages and App.

  • Impecaable Analytical Skills

    • Has successfully shown impeccable analytical and quantitative mindset and ability to understand key business drivers

    • Strong ability to interpret data and build reports to provide insights that drive actionable decisions.

    • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, ad management platforms, and reporting - Excel proficiency

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Ability to develop comprehensive media plans that align with company goals, ensuring tactical execution and measurable outcomes.

    • Experience in optimizing media spend and performance to maximize ROI.

    • Has defined KPIs and goals for every action with an specific way of tracking results daily.
