Commercial Development of Nordic Key Accounts within Distribution

In this position, you will be responsible for the development of our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment. We expect you to “hit the ground running” and make an impact early on.

You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team and our European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in the KAM role.

Your strategic responsibility will be:

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts, with a key focus on commercializing the business in close cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners
  • Plan, agree and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners
  • Together with the Sales Manager build and lead the accounts and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan
  • Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
  • Identify new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipe
