Mission

Develop and execute the social media strategy for all social platforms where the brand is present, while defining clear roles and structuring content axes for each one. By developing compelling content, managing all social media channels, and analyzing engagement metrics, they will drive brand awareness, boost community engagement, and increase GMV. Continuously identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance content performance, while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals and growth objectives.

What you will do
  • Grow our social media following and engagement, ensuring our brand is more prominent and recognized in the industry.

  • Develop detailed social media plans with clear roles and objectives, optimizing content and frequency for the highest-performing platforms.

  • Produce and publish a consistent stream of high-quality, relevant content that drives traffic to our website, following a clear and coherent social media strategy.

  • Increased campaign relevance and engagement by improving content quality, audience alignment, and influencer actions, resulting in a high increase in engagement rates across commercial dates or key campaigns like Black Friday or Christmas.

  • Develop detailed performance reports with actionable insights contributing to improvement in overall campaign and content effectiveness.

  • Partner with Brand, Growth and Comms teams, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and creative execution.

Requirements
  • Has successfully defined, created, and executed social media strategies

    • Proven experience in creating engaging and high-quality content, particularly in the fintech or financial services sector, while following a clear and coherent brand strategy per platform.

    • Strong track record of managing social media platforms, with demonstrated success in growing followers and boosting engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills

    • Has successfully shown impeccable analytical and quantitative mindset and ability to understand key business drivers.

    • Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex fintech concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution capabilities

    • Ability to develop comprehensive social media plans that align with company goals, ensuring tactical execution and measurable outcomes.

    • Has defined KPIs and goals for every action with an specific way of tracking results daily.

    • Ability to analyze social media metrics, social listening, and content performance, and use data to drive strategy improvements.

  • Fintech Knowledge (Nice to Have)

    • Familiarity with fintech trends, challenges, and industry-specific language to create more relevant and targeted content.

  • Business Case Presentation, With this business challenge, we want to see your business strategy, content management skills and expertise facing a real-situation.

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
