<title>About the role</title>

As a Sales Coordinator for Bolt Food, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for restaurants joining the platform.
Your primary responsibilities will involve activating and setting up tablets for restaurants, guiding providers through the activation process, and delivering excellent customer support to new partners.
In addition, you will assist the team in acquiring and onboarding new providers, ensuring lead quality within the CRM pipeline for outbound activities.

- <point>Providing step-by-step support to restaurants during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Bolt Food platform</point>
- <point>Coordinating the lead funnel, including qualifying leads, contacting merchants, scheduling meetings, and closing for platform activation</point>
- <point>Tracking all sales activities, including emails, calls, and next steps, in the CRM to generate a comprehensive history</point>
- <point>Ensuring the integrity of CRM data and sales process by analysing and advising on improvements within the team, including quality checks</point>
- <point>Contributing to growth targets by increasing sales, maintaining communication with our partners and conducting market research to identify Bolt Food expansion opportunities</point>
- <point>Supporting the Sales Team with ad hoc tasks and projects</point>

- <point>You have preferably prior experience in sales or a related field, or you are seeking for your first experience in Sales Operations</point>
- <point>You’re fluent in Czech and English, possess good communication and collaboration skills</point>
- <point>You demonstrate an analytical mindset and have experience leveraging tools to tackle challenges and, ideally, experience working with a CRM</point>
- <point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to change</point>
- <point>Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to problems and a strong sense of ownership</point>
