WHO YOU ARE
You're a motivated and talented individual eager to start your journey in the dynamic field of
DevOps. As a DevOps Intern, you'll work side-by-side with our DevOps team, supporting the
development and implementation of infrastructure, automation processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and
make a meaningful impact on our projects.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Collaborate with the DevOps team to assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance
of infrastructure and automation tools.
● Support the development and deployment of CI/CD pipelines for various software
applications and services.
● Assist in the configuration and management of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or
GCP) and virtualization technologies.
● Participate in the monitoring and optimization of system performance, security, and
availability.
● Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical issues, troubleshooting, and
problem-solving.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to
ensure smooth integration and delivery of software products.
● Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices related to DevOps and
make recommendations for improvements.
● Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge
sharing and maintain a knowledge base.
POSITION SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must have
● Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
● Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line interfaces.
● Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
● Exposure to version control systems like Git and understanding branching and merging
strategies.
● Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
team members and stakeholders.
● Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
Nice-To-Have
● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to infrastructure-as-code
tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager) is a plus.
Entry level.
Full-time job (40 hours weekly).
6-month contract
B2 to C1 Advanced English Level.
Availability from 8 am-5 pm in the CST time zone.
Remote Work.
