ServiceTitan is seeking a Talent Program Manager to join our Talent Management team. The ideal candidate has experience with executing programs that define and measure talent as well as enable talent in a customer-centric approach that drives business impact. This role supports the implementation of new projects as well as the improvement of cyclical projects already rolled out. The Talent Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the continual success of ServiceTitan's Talent Management initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Lead the execution of assessment programs across talent acquisition including hiring assessments and playbooks, high volume hiring projects, interviewer training, etc.
Lead onboarding for new hires at ServiceTitan and constantly evolve using AI and other support tools for continuous improvement.
Apply a productized mindset that prioritizes the customer/end user experience.
Administer and develop insights to action from the onboarding survey, quality of hire metrics and other data and partner within the talent acquisition and talent management teams to understand feedback and iterate to improve programs.
Drive the implementation of new programs across People and the business to define how we assess talent across the employee lifecycle.
Autonomously manage programs, including discovery, design, collaboration with business partners, creating resources to support projects, and contributing to organization-wide communication plans.
Serve as a point of contact for existing programs and initiatives, addressing issues or concerns with customers, stakeholders, or business partners.
Help create training materials for program execution and assist in training HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
Support the strategy and execution of organization-wide talent programs at ServiceTitan, focusing on refining and improving current processes.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Talent Management team to gather feedback on programs and understand business needs.
Support other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting various company programs and initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute company-wide programs effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing business partners and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Passion for matters that define our ability to successfully evaluate talent, enhance employee experience, and promote development.
Skill in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
