About the Role: 

As a growth leader focused on client renewal and expansion, you’ll collaboratively develop the client growth strategy to grow the relationships in your assigned book of business. You’ll be working at the forefront of virtual care helping clients improve the heart health of their members. You will work tirelessly to make Hello Heart visible and appealing to its members while demonstrating value through clinical and financial outcomes. You’ll develop deep relationships with marketing, enablement, and client success teams to drive awareness of, interest in, and retention & expansion of Hello Heart to their clients.

As a leader within the organization, you will be responsible for bringing market and client feedback into the company. You will work with product, clinical, operations, and others to inform their direction that enables you to grow revenue within accounts, and renew clients on an annual basis.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Chief Client Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Leadership: Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the employer & public sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including clinical, product, network, sales, and innovation; influence virtual care strategies to best position Hello Heart for long-term success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market; influence health plan virtual care strategies to best position your book of business for long-term success.
  • Revenue Retention: Responsible for overall revenue retention year over year to 95% or better
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity management, new business development, and successful negotiation of contracts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and emerging trends within the health plan landscape; bring market feedback to the Hello Heart team to improve product/market fit.
  • Drive renewals including the skills to negotiate appropriate renewal rates and terms.
  • Partner with the consultant relationships team to manage all consultant relationships on existing clients to remove barriers and demonstrate Hello Heart value

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of selling, managing, and servicing clients, with a focus on the healthcare space
  • Management Consultant experience required
  • A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success.
  • Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success.
  • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships including growing revenues and retaining clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal.
  • Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 50%)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $ Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
