Partnership Development

Our Partnership Development team takes a customer-centric approach to identify and execute strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. Our primary focus is to support our partners and help them provide their patient population with access to much-needed addiction and mental healthcare.

Overview:

As a Partner Success Manager at PursueCare, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with our partners to drive patient acquisition and ensure ongoing success. Your focus will be on developing strong business relationships, providing support to active partners, and driving utilization of the PursueCare platform. This role is essential in expanding our reach and making a positive impact in the community by connecting individuals with the addiction treatment they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow existing and new partner relationships by increasing appropriate referrals to the PursueCare platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to active partners and conduct regular check-in meetings to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Drive utilization from active partners and train their clinical and administrative staff on referring patients through the PursueCare portal and app.
  • Develop strong business relationships with prospective partners in the assigned market by initiating and growing relationships with primary referral targets.
  • Locate and secure business from new referral sources and assist with program implementation and training for quick program launches.
  • Share and present utilization and quality data regularly to partners.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve services and grow relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to create collateral and content supporting new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of selling/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare settings such as primary care, clinics, physician groups, and hospitals.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Direct experience working with providers, medical office staff, or healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the substance use disorder treatment field is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a drive to take ownership and meet professional obligations.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful problem-solver comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
  • West Virginia (or surrounding state) resident with a valid driver’s license.
