About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Tech Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Tech Sourcer at Fetch, you will play a pivotal role in building our engineering, product, data, and security teams by sourcing and managing a high volume of top-tier candidates. Your expertise in engaging passive talent, coupled with your strong communication skills, will help us attract and hire exceptional staff-level candidates and beyond.
This role is critical in partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless hiring experience while continuously improving our sourcer-recruiter model and processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Source Top Talent: Proactively identify, engage, and screen high-quality engineering, product, data, and security candidates using various sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, social platforms, referrals, and industry-specific job boards).
- Manage High Volume Pipelines: Effectively handle a large volume of candidates across multiple, often concurrent requisitions, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and Talent Acquisition team members, including recruiters and coordinators, to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Frontline for Referrals: Be the go-to person for internal and external referrals, ensuring a positive experience for referred candidates and maintaining strong relationships with referrers.
- Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely and personalized outreach, setting expectations, and showcasing our culture and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Partner with recruiters to refine our recruiter-sourcer model, optimizing workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience to continuously improve our hiring outcomes.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market insights to advise hiring teams and adjust sourcing tactics as needed.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key sourcing metrics and report on pipeline activity, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on engineering, product, data, or security roles.
- Volume Handling: Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates without compromising quality.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in various sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms, with a creative approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make process improvements.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for partnering across the Talent Acquisition function to deliver the best results.
