Are you ready to take on a unique opportunity as an EMEA Regional Market Development Manager, Electron Microscopy at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? As part of our Life Sciences Electron Microscopy Business Unit, you will play a key role in implementing the regional marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, and capturing market share gains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EMEA regionalization of the global marketing strategy using a multichannel approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market adoption
  • Lead quarterly regional market development meetings to report regional marketing performance and capture local product and market trends to adjust and refine strategy to best meet regional customer and commercial team needs
  • Conduct regional sales and customer interviews to refine the regional marketing message and sales enablement
  • Develop effective sales tools and customer-facing materials in collaboration with product management and regional commercial teams
  • Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and partners in the region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field, with >3 years of related work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-centric marketing, sales, or sales support experience
  • Experience in developing successful lead generation programs using multi-channel strategies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex, highly-matrixed organization, experience in microscopy a plus
  • Self-starter and fast learner to manage multiple projects' scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion
  • Willingness to travel (~25%), including internationally
