Business Systems Analyst

The IT Finance team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative business and technical led solutions for our Finance business functions with Logisense and Netsuite as the primary platform alongside salesforce.com. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work in partnership with the IT Business Partner to gather business requirements, provide detailed analysis, facilitate discovery meetings, and determine and document functional specifications for the development, documentation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business to shape and articulate business requirements into agile user stories and requirements
• Requirements gathering and documentation of new solution requests
• Evaluate and address multi-functional and cross-system dependencies.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories
• Partnering with the Development team to deliver a solution and communicate.
• Understand and perform Agile sprints, standard processes, tool entry (Jira or similar), and execution,
• Develop and master business knowledge
• Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations and ask relevant questions about upstream/downstream functionality intersection points. 
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.

Basic Qualifications:

•  3+ years of experience in an Enterprise IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience 
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Billing and Revenue Management Platforms experience 
• Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM technology platform experience 
• Advanced abilities to lead and drive key discussions with business partners
• Great at execution, communication, critical thinking, coordination of work, and problem solving.
• Ability to be organized, timely follow-ups, proactive at communication
