The Opportunity:
As a Lead, Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks. This role has a specific focus on Artiva HCx. You will oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems, ensure network security, and participate in daily IT operations. The Lead Technology Engineer must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer centric mindset to provide exceptional service to the organization’s internal and external clients. The Lead Technology Engineer should have the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams to identify areas where automation can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The Lead Technology Engineer will be responsible for managing and providing support for systems integrations, automation scripts, and continuously evaluating and improving existing technology to ensure they are meeting business needs.
Job Functions:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes to ensure network and system security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technology solutions to improve business operations.
- Monitor and manage network and system performance to ensure uptime and availability.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate enterprise file management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize enterprise technology systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze logs to identify and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, security, and user access.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop integration strategies that meet the needs of the organization.
- Ensure that system integrations comply with industry standards and best practices, such as data security and privacy.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to technology systems, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Design and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency, such as automating system updates, software deployments, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with business and technology IT teams to identify areas where automation can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology operating environment to ensure business needs are met and are efficient and effective.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of IT projects, system performance, and network security.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Engineering experience with a focus on Artiva HCx and RCM
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing and providing support for enterprise technology systems and platforms.
- Experience managing vendors and third party SaaS offerings
- Knowledge of system administration and network engineering specifically in a cloud environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as automation scripting are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Bash, PowerShell, Python is a plus
