As a software developer lead in Property IT, you’ll act as a Technical Solution Owner (TSO) for our Scrum team where you’ll provide technical leadership for the Rate Revision team and its partners. You'll guide developers in design, work to removes all roadblocks, and make process improvements. Additionally, you'll mentor other developers within the organization and demonstrate leadership with the rate revision process.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO .NET, SQL Server, MVC, TFS
  • Knowledge of data structures, data management practices
  • Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate with business and IT teams

Compensation

  • $118,000-$146,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
