Responsibilities:
Noblis is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our HR Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and cutting-edge HR team. The person must be extremely customer service focused, process and detail-oriented, and an expert on quality.
The HR Assistant will be expected to become knowledgeable regarding a variety of topics including but not limited to, HR policies, procedures, and processes. This role will also appropriately work cross functionally with various other departments within the Noblis organization including Payroll, Security, Talent Acquisition, across HR and other support functions.
While prior experience in an administrative or human resources function would be beneficial, is not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares offer packages.
- Initiates and tracks completion of background checks for prospective hires.
- Manages the onboarding process, including proper preparation and collection of documentation and communication and coordination with hiring managers.
- Reviews and enters new employee information in the employee database.
- Reviews applicant documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assists in the quality check process to ensure data integrity.
- Uses computers, software programs and office equipment to perform a variety of administrative and technical tasks as assigned.
- Miscellaneous Duties- HR support as needed for HR staff for meetings/conference calls, performs basic calendar management, assists in meeting invites and scheduling for HR related events.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 4 years of professional experience, or Associates’ degree and 2 years of professional experience, or a Bachelors.
- Strong computer skills in the MS Office suite of software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Knowledge and use of UKG and iCIMS desired but not required.
- The ability to multi-task, contributing to multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The flexibility/adaptability required to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using UKG and iCIMS systems.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff across the company.
- Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
- Judgement is required in resolving various problems and making routine recommendations.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $26.92 - USD $42.07 /Hr.
