Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Remote)

Full time, United States, Canada

BCD Travel is changing the landscape of corporate travel with innovative digital products and services that support engaged travelers and intelligent programs. As part of the Digital Strategy and Advancement team, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, education, and adoption of our digital solutions and services.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to reach various audience segments with persuasive marketing campaigns that engage and evoke action. You should be skilled in creative management (managing multiple projects at once), storytelling, and tracking and reporting performance metrics to an Executive audience.

As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will

  • Manage BCD Marketplace Partners & Programs, including highlighting partner technologies through various campaigns, forums, and events
  • Onboard new partners to the Marketplace
  • Manage the internal digital solution repository, including working with product marketers to add/remove solutions as our portfolio changes
  • Create news articles, client/partner emails, and event collateral to highlight core initiatives
  • Audit, proof, and edit select product marketing communications and content to ensure consistent structure and TOV

About You

  • Proven track record in content development and news writing
  • Proven track record of creating effective marketing collateral and graphics against aggressive deadlines
  • Aptitude for understanding and explaining technologies in a digestible way
  • Experience managing third-party partners and agencies
  • Experience in monitoring analytical achievement of program goals
  • Travel industry experience is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, Product Marketing is between $90,000 and $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
