The role

We seek a passionate growth-minded Marketing & App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager to join our 100% remote, flat-structured team. With seven apps and millions of downloads monthly, this full-time role is key to scaling our reach, driving growth, and optimizing user engagement globally. You’ll blend ASO expertise with creative growth hacking strategies to accelerate app visibility and user acquisition.

What you'll do
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement creative growth strategies beyond traditional ASO, focusing on driving organic growth and user acquisition.
  • App Store Ownership: Take full ownership of all our app store listings, managing all aspects of optimization and performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each listing is optimized for maximum visibility, downloads, and compliance with app store guidelines.
  • Optimize: Conduct keyword research, optimize app titles, descriptions, and metadata for discoverability.
  • Test & Refine: Lead A/B tests to maximize app store conversions.
  • Analyze: Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align ASO and growth strategies with broader company goals.
  • Create: Contribute to app store assets to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
  • User Engagement Strategies: Propose and implement innovative methods to improve user engagement and retention within the app, contributing to sustainable growth.
  • Comply: Stay current with app store guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Innovate: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth at Jaumo.
  • Expand: Contribute to additional growth projects and collaborate with Marketing to drive Jaumo’s reach.
What we're looking for
  • Growth Hacker Mindset: Creative, innovative thinker with a strong track record in growth marketing or ASO roles, ideally with experience in the consumer app industry.
  • Experienced ASO Manager: Proven success in ASO (iOS and Android) with deep knowledge of optimization strategies.
  • Data-driven: Proficient in analytics with a solid understanding of statistics, focusing on metrics and performance optimization.
  • Hands-On: Quick and execution-focused.
  • Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English (C1 level), additional languages are a plus.
  • Creative & Adaptive: Innovative, comfortable with change, and willing to pivot.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to balance high-level strategy with detailed analysis.
