Senior Project Manager - Part time

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to strengthen our project management team. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. As a Project Manager, you will directly lead projects and teams. You will be accountable for overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and managing expectations, while ensuring that work is on spec, on time, and within budget.

Tasks

• IT Project Management: – management and coordination of IT project activities and members (Engineers, Analysts, Testers);
• Creating project strategy and reporting;
• Monitoring the progress and appropriate use of resources in projects;
• Managing the budget of the project by monitoring expenses and costs to ensure that a given business case is carried out as planned;
• Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders;
• Ensuring proper quality of the project and providing project documentation on the IT side.
  
  

Requirements

• Familiarity with full life cycle of IT project delivery;
• Good to have: Scrum experience;
• Good time management and responsibility;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Good written and verbal communication (English - C1);
• Good organisational skills;
• Ability to learn fast;
• Nice to have: experience in working in a start-up environment;
• Must have: experience in working with external customers;
• Nice to have: some machine learning delivery process knowledge;
• Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones;
