Job Requirements
Proven experience in an engineering leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Prior professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in a .NET product environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
