Job description

Join an innovative leader in SocialFi and GameFi, as their Head of Product and drive the development of a cutting-edge gaming ecosystem, focusing on live streaming and community engagement in the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

Translate the Founder’s visionary ideas into actionable product strategies and oversee their implementation.
Lead and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including development, design, and UI research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and executive leadership, to ensure efficient communication and product progress.
Conduct UI/UX research to gather market feedback and make informed product decisions.
Manage and mentor the development and design teams, aligning efforts with company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years in product or project management, specifically within gaming or gamified platforms (preferably PC or online games).
At least 1 year of leadership experience with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong UI/UX skills, including wireframing, with the ability to turn high-level ideas into tangible designs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Web3 or blockchain technology.
Background in live streaming platforms or community-driven gaming ecosystems.
