Aircall is opening a new office in Mexico to support the growth in LATAM. You are the first partner manager in-market for our LATAM expansion. You will report directly to the Head of Partnerships South EMEA & LATAM and be responsible for supporting Aircall's strategic direction for LATAM.

Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.

This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco).

Your mission @ Aircall

  • As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.

    This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in LATAM. 
  • Lead and accelerate sales growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile by executing business strategies tailored to these markets.
  • Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director, to adapt Aircall’s vision and strategy for the region.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.
  • Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, the competitive landscape, and key trends in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile to keep Aircall at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy 
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM)
  • Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM is an added advantage
  • A previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
