Job description

Our Digital Retail entity aims to help our customers in their retail and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications).
To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Solution Architecture:
- Lead the technical aspects of the presales process, working with the sales team to define, scope, and design Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct solution workshops and discovery sessions with clients to assess their requirements, business processes, and technical landscape.
- Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce Commerce Cloud architectures, ensuring they align with the client’s eCommerce goals.
- Create and present technical demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and architecture presentations that showcase the capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including integrations, data models, and user experience (UX) considerations.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and the client during the sales cycle.
- Work with clients to understand their long-term vision for eCommerce and create a roadmap for adopting Salesforce Commerce Cloud to meet their strategic objectives.
- Provide insights on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to eCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Delivery, Product, and Marketing) to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and can be successfully delivered.
- Work closely with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation and development teams to ensure alignment between the sales process and the delivery phase.

Your Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in eCommerce solution architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Proven track record in a presales or solution architect role, supporting sales teams in winning complex, large-scale eCommerce deals.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations, including ERP, PIM, OMS, payment gateways, and 3rd-party services.
Strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies, including web development, APIs, and cloud hosting solution
