This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break





Job Description ( Home and Auto Services Marketplace)

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, playing a crucial role in expanding their network of service providers. You’ll engage in high-volume outreach to business owners across various home and auto service sectors, articulating the benefits of our client’s cutting-edge platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a digital transformation in a traditional industry, with significant potential for personal growth and impact. You’ll work closely with the founder and collaborate with marketing and tech teams, contributing directly to the company’s success and evolution.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-200 outbound calls daily to potential service providers
  • Articulate platform benefits to business owners across various service sectors
  • Utilize provided scripts to address objections and concerns effectively
  • Schedule appointments for in-depth discussions or platform demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress through sales funnel
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new provider sign-ups
  • Contribute insights to refine sales scripts and processes as the company grows
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align sales efforts with company strategy
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in high-volume calling environments
  • Exceptional phone communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilience and persistence in face of rejection
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Strong time management and self-motivation skills for remote work
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Familiarity with home and auto services industry a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its potential to transform traditional industries

Scope:

  • Target various service providers including mechanics, auto detailers, cleaners, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and snow removal services

  • Work remotely, reporting directly to the company founder

  • Operate within Eastern Time Zone, typically 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy

  • Contribute to the refinement of sales scripts and processes as the company grows



Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a high-volume calling environment

  • Understanding of the home and auto services industry is a plus
