This is a remote position.

Drive international growth in online trading

Are you ready to shape the future of online trading across Ethiopia? As a Business Development Executive at Deriv, you'll spearhead our expansion efforts, building strategic partnerships and driving market penetration in this key African market. Your impact will directly influence how millions of traders access and experience our innovative trading solutions.




On a given day, you will:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-value partners, becoming their trusted advisor for Deriv’s trading solutions

  • Analyse market opportunities and competitive landscapes to identify strategic growth initiatives

  • Design and execute region-specific expansion plans that resonate with local market needs

  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence in your assigned territories

  • Collaborate with global teams to adapt our offerings to local preferences and requirements

  • Travel to meet partners and represent Deriv at industry events

This is a remote position allowing you to work from anywhere within Ethiopia. Regular travel within the country will be required, with occasional international travel for special events and meetings.
