On a given day, you will:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-value partners, becoming their trusted advisor for Deriv’s trading solutions
  

• Analyse market opportunities and competitive landscapes to identify strategic growth initiatives
  

• Design and execute region-specific expansion plans that resonate with local market needs
  

• Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence in your assigned territories
  

• Collaborate with global teams to adapt our offerings to local preferences and requirements
  

• Travel to meet partners and represent Deriv at industry events
  

• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you can make a real impact
  

• Love building and maintaining relationships across different cultures
  

• Get excited about analysing markets and spotting growth opportunities

• Have a passion for financial markets and technology
  

• Are fluent in English and Amharic, with strong cultural understanding of Ethiopian markets
  

• Possess excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
  

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  

• Have 4+ years of experience in business development
  

• Bring knowledge of financial services and digital technologies (preferred)

This is a remote position allowing you to work from anywhere within Ethiopia. While you'll have the flexibility to work from your preferred location, you'll be connected to our global network and teams across 80+ countries. We provide all the necessary tools and support for remote work, enabling you to make a global impact while maintaining strong local presence in Ethiopia. Regular travel within the country will be required, with occasional international travel for special events and meetings.
