monday.com is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) for CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer) to act as the right-hand support team of the management team of monday.com and who will provide strategic administrative support, calendar management, travel planning and be the manager PA right hand with projects, initiatives and events.The chosen candidate can build this role independently, and with the correct passion, the sky is the limit. You will join our Operations Team based in our headquarters in Tel aviv, Israel.




About The Role

  • Manage the manager calendar, coordinate and schedule appointments for the CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer)
  • Organize and maintain email lists, team’s details and relevant databases
  • Assist in building & maintaining internal Management portal
  • Organize events and off-sites
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the manager.
  • Play a role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the leadership
  • Assist in the preparation and monitor of regularly presentations & reports
  • Participate and lead additional projects/activities as needed
  • Working with global stakeholders at the company, facilitating alignment between the different teams and sites

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalent apps
  • Independant with proactive approach
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Organized, details oriented and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets.
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientation and teamwork approach
  • Always 2 steps ahead, seeing potential problems before they occur and solving them in advance, aiming for the best positive solution for all
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Bachelor degree - an advantage
