Regional Medical Records Consultant

We are actively recruiting a Regional Medical Records Consultant to join our California East Bay Team. Territory covering -Greater San Francisco Bay (Antioch, Castro Valley, Concord, Hayward, Moraga, Oakland, Pleasant Hill, San Leandro, Walnut Creek)

Job Description:

The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.
