Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Systems Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, management, and maintenance of all procurement-related data, ensuring data quality, standardization, and compliance with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement systems, data management, and transformation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and maintain procurement data management processes, standards, and procedures
- Partner with members of cross functional teams to ensure master data requirements are properly identified, captured, configured in accordance with requirements and successfully tested and maintained. Define and document all processes, standards, roles, and responsibilities for the procurement organization
- Lead the cleansing and construction of procurement data to ensure quality and accuracy
- Serve as procurement system functional administrator.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users of the procurement system, including resolving issues related to data entry, system configuration, and workflows
- Communicate effectively within the organization and with diverse audiences. Lead meetings and contribute to team efforts by ensuring all relevant information is included in the outcomes

What You Must Have
5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: 2+ years of procurement system functional administrative experience with at least one Source to Pay system
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions with the ability to establish data relevancy rules and transformation logic based on business requirements to improve and sustain data quality
Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities of data
Strong technical skills including, but not limited to, advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, procurement systems, Power BI, and Tableau Experience with overseeing procurement data cleansing, construction, system migration activities, and on-going maintenance with procurement system implementation experience (ex. Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle)

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $80,800 - $101,000
Annualized Salary Range: $80,800 - $131,300
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
