Our ERP Implementation team consists of 14 team members and works with SAP and D365 systems. Now we are looking for ERP Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365FO Project team to be involved in roll-outs related to customer care track module.

Responsibilities
- Involve and execute roll out activities as functional specialist globally (including pre-study, company configuration, UAT, cutover plan, post live assessment)
- Ensures strict adherence to the template solution across the projects
- Ensure enrichment and continuous development of the template , applying new standard functionalities and features
- Secure that all system changes are being created following Hempel best practice
- Ensure that quality in System solution & architecture is present at all times
- Ensuring knowledge sharing between colleagues
- Providing input and actions to development of competencies within track
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related area
- 2 to 3 years of experience using Microsoft ERP in the applicable track (customer care required, sales/supply chain will be a plus)
- Experience in implementing ERP projects using Dynamics365FO
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, Office 365 , Share point, Visio, LCS will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SQL
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics
- Fluent in English - spoken and written

Additional information
Our office is located in Gdansk, Poland but we are open for remote working model.
