Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team, specializing in identifying and attracting top-tier Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals for our growing outsourcing market in Latin America. This role will focus on building strong relationships with candidates in the region, understanding their career aspirations, and matching them with suitable opportunities within our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Actively source qualified AEC professionals through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, focusing on the Latin American market.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
  • Client Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and present qualified candidates for review.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest developments within the Latin American AEC outsourcing market.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates by providing career guidance and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pool Development: Proactively build a network of qualified AEC professionals in the region to identify future talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting AEC professionals, preferably within the Latin American market.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including technical skills and project management practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
