Job description

We are seeking a part-time, remote Promotional Product Order Management Specialist with experience in managing the full lifecycle of promotional product orders. The ideal candidate will oversee the process from order acknowledgment through to invoicing, primarily through email-based communications.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in Promotional Product Order Management: Prior experience in handling promotional product orders is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAGE CRM: Experience with SAGE CRM is highly preferred, or with similar CRM systems used in product management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills for managing customer interactions via email; minimal phone contact is required.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote setting.
  • Time Commitment: Available to work 4 hours per day, with a flexible schedule.
  • Experience in SAGE order management systems.
  • Knowledge of the promotional product industry standards and practices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage the complete order process from acknowledgment to creation of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and finalization.
  • CRM Management: Use SAGE CRM (or equivalent systems) to track orders, create documents, and manage client information efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Maintain client communication primarily through email, minimizing the need for phone interactions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all stages of the order in CRM, including order details, acknowledgments, POs, and invoices.
  • Reporting: Generate and share order status and completion reports with team members and clients as needed.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all data entries and documentation adhere to company and industry standards for accuracy and compliance.

Other details:

  • It's a remote role if successful candidates have their own workstation, equipment's, gadgets, stable internet and power back. (Minimum core i5, 6th generation machine is mandatory)
  • Working days are Monday to Friday (4 hours per day)
