PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLYING: This position is part of the Functional Center of Excellence Program (FCoE) at MCA Connect. As part of this program, you will complete 12 weeks of training. Training will be done both onsite and remote. Approx. 6 weeks of training will be onsite in our Denver office (weeks will be spread out across the length of the program).
Training is paid at your regular, salaried pay. After training, you will be full-time remote with domestic travel up to 50%. The job description below specifically refers to your duties and responsibilities AFTER the training period.
Title Dynamics 365 Associate Consultant - Manufacturing

Description
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Associate Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting with the configuration of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires up to 50% travel.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules including but not limited to Production Control, Product Information Management, and Master PlanningCollaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels internally and externally Required Qualifications Documented experience working with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O Manufacturing/Production modulesMinimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experienceCertification in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing (MB-320), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.Strong industry experience in production and planningWorking knowledge of industry specific best practicesStrong customer relationship skillsAbility to travel up to 50%Fluent in EnglishValid Driver’s LicenseDesired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fieldDynamics 365 (AX) implementation experience Procurement, warehousing, planning work experience preferredComfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebExAzure DevOps experienceAPICS CPIM or CSCPWhy work for MCA Connect?
