Coordinates with Resource Coordinators, Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to understand external staffing requirements on client engagement projects for all geographies and Practices. Works with Delivery Manager(s) and Practice Manager(s) to identify appropriate resources based on requested skills, geographic location, and working hours. Coordinates a variety of tasks such as liaising with Agencies and Independent Contractors for temporary staffing needs, reviewing candidate’s resumes, scheduling interviews, reviewing feedback, confirming allocation, creating contracts, onboarding individuals, issue management and relationship management with Partner Agencies. This individual also collaborates in the development of processes and systems to identify, track, action and report on Subcontracting.  

A Staff Augmentation Specialist must be an excellent communicator, be able to foster relationships with both employees and external partners and individuals.  Ideally, they should have experience in recruitment, or project Coordinator roles. They must have great attention to detail, be extremely organized and collaborative. 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Liaising with agencies and Independent Contractors to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Facilitate the priority and fulfillment of external staffing requests
  • Maintain awareness of existing or potential external resource escalation issues and recommend resolution
  • Scheduling external resource interviews with technical employees and Delivery Managers
  • Supporting candidate screening processes 
  • Organize and implement sustainable Subcontracting and Partnership strategy 
  • Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
  • Assist in subcontractor onboarding
  • Gather feedback on performance and mitigate risks
  • Identify and measure Subcontracting KPIs
  • Prepare and present KPI reports
  • Create and submit reports for upper management
  • Uses sound judgment, application of general business principles and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties
  • Ensures the internal PSA tool is up to date to enable operations run smoothly
  • Identify improvements that can be made to existing processes
  • Follow Resource Management Governance
  • May perform other duties as required

  • Minimum education of bachelor’s degree required
  • Highly effective communication, influence, analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
