We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Partner, GTM to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, which include Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development. You’ll partner closely with GTM leaders to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we hire individuals who will drive growth, innovation, and success at Sword Health. What you'll be doing:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, from job scoping and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers.
  • Identify and engage diverse talent through creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking events, talent pools, referrals, and other industry-specific platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with GTM leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and approaches.
  • Partner with the Talent & Marketing teams to create and promote a compelling employer brand, ensuring Sword Health’s values and mission are communicated effectively to prospective talent.

  • What you need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in a high-growth tech environment. Previous agency experience highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in the digital health, health tech, or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health’s mission and values to candidates.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting software.
