Omega Hires is a fast-growing and dynamic IT staffing company based in Virginia, USA, having its Offshore recruitment center in Vikhroli (W) Mumbai. We specialize in Digital, Enterprise, and IT staffing.

We are looking for a Bench sales Recruiter having an aggressive approach towards work. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter who has strong work ethics and strong commitment levels. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role.

Job Description:
  • Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
  • Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC,
  • Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
  • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
  • Evaluate candidate for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
  • Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
  • Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and update about submission and interviews.
