About the role

This is a 100% remote position for people located in Brazil 🏠

We’re looking for a Senior Learning and Development Analyst to create and implement learning experiences, training programs, and people development solutions that drive positive business outcomes. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to design impactful development journeys that align with business needs, monitor progress and results, identify areas for improvement, and stay adaptable to evolving demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders, such as People Business Partners, executive leadership, and others, to develop learning solutions based on the business's real needs.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive learning experiences, from researching content and defining methods and materials to facilitating learning sessions.
  • Collaborating with other teams to gather learning needs and recommend development solutions targeting specific audiences.
  • Developing metrics and using assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of programs that support organizational development.
  • Analyzing people data independently to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends.
  • Reporting information on the progress of development efforts.
  • Coordinating and managing vendor contracts.
  • Handling online logistics for trainings, including guest lists, calendar invites, attendance reports, feedback forms, and more.
 

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Understanding of learning management system and maintenance;
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Forms, and others).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships;
  • A good aesthetic sense to create visually appealing content;
  • Ability to engage audiences in the content;
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with learning and development programs;
  • At least 3 years of related general HR experience.
  • Fluent English, it will be used for delivering global trainings;
  • Native in Portuguese.
  • Spanish is a plus.
