Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a leadership mindset to excel in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales (distinct from IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure). The ideal candidate will possess robust consultative sales expertise in Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with various stakeholders in the sales function, including Sales Directors and Customer Development Heads, to understand diverse needs and build trust.
  • Leverage experience in selling IT services to develop and implement comprehensive business plans, including financial targets and proposal submissions.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle to expand business with existing clients, proactively identifying sales opportunities aligned with client strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and other growth leaders to ensure that leads are acted upon and pertinent client information is shared.
  • Develop case studies and client testimonials, and present at both client-specific and external industry events.
  • Lead the team towards achieving sales targets, maintaining visibility of all opportunities, and ensuring robust proposal tracking systems.
  • Negotiate confidently with senior clients, articulating the value of our offerings while adeptly addressing objections.
  • Assume overall accountability for business planning and execution.
