Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Three years directly related experience in a managed care/health plan setting, Leadership experience required, Knowledge of management principles and practices, Experience with computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
Key responsabilities:
- Execute medium to large sized programs
- Develop and manage Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) services
- Manage internal and external HRSN requirements
- Support a robust community based social care network
- Explain, train and mentor the organization on the program
