Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, Minimum 2 years' experience as a commercial lines CSR/Account Manager, Active General Lines Property & Casualty license (2-20), Understanding of Florida Insurance Market and regulatory compliance, Excellent organization and analytical skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage new business and policy renewals independently or with team.
- Identify insurance needs and recommend coverage enhancements.
- Maintain relationships with clients and assist in servicing needs.
- Data entry, manage account activity, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate customer service and ensure confidentiality of information.
