Tell Me About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Monday.com Administrator to manage and support our organization’s use of Monday.com, ensuring seamless operations, user support, and workflow customization. The administrator will be responsible for the platform’s maintenance, onboarding, training, continued education, and governance. This role requires an individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize their use of the platform.

What Does A Day In the Life of this Job Look Like?
- Review and address support tickets for user issues
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new teams
- Facilitate user training on basic and advanced features
- Document processes and troubleshooting guides for user support
- Collaborate to consolidate data into the enterprise tenant
- Engage with various teams to evaluate third-party applications for adherence to security protocols
People Leadership
- Be a product champion and frequently share changes/improvements coming to Monday.com
Required Qualifications
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience as a system administrator, project management tool administrator, or a similar role.
- In-depth experience with Monday.com platform administration, including user management, workflow customization, and third-party app integrations.
- Proven experience with user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting within project management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with project management methodologies and workflow automation.
- Proficient in documentation, process management, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Monday.com administration or workflow building.
- Experience with migration projects from competitor tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Understanding of IT governance and compliance standards.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $108,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
