Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience or equivalent education, High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred, NYS Life, Accident & Health license, Valid Driver’s License, Strong knowledge of employee welfare plans and health insurance regulations.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide administrative support for Circles including managing calendars and agendas
- Coordinate resources for effective client service delivery
- Resolve escalated HR/employee and billing issues promptly
- Oversee payroll audit process and resolve discrepancies
- Manage annual renewal process and quality control of client deliverables
