We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior manager to join our Centralized Services team. This role is pivotal in managing the technology roadmap, data and insights, translation and language services, the referral program, and the background check RFP and analysis. You will centralize all Talent Attraction services under one hub, ensuring seamless and efficient operations on a global scale.

  • Technology Roadmap Management: Develop and oversee the implementation of the technology roadmap to support the Centralized Services team’s objectives;
  • Data and Insights: Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
  • Translation and Language Services: Manage all translation and language services to ensure accurate and timely delivery of multilingual content;
  • Referral Program: Oversee the referral program, ensuring it is effectively utilized to attract top talent;
  • Background Check RFP and Analysis: Manage the background check RFP process and analyze the results to ensure compliance and quality;
  • Global Talent Attraction: Centralize all talent attraction services under one hub to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
