As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture advisor, you will engage directly with clients to design Microsoft Dynamics 365 system architecture tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide knowledge and recommendations for the installation maintenance and upgrade of the system;
• Configure the Dynamics 365 system and support data migration;
• Oversee operations of secure and highly available platform servers and networks;
• Make presentations to C-level management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor of science;
• Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in multiple modules across Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as working experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior CRM consultant;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with system design or information systems;
• Experience with multiphase, globally delivered CRM implementation projects;
• Proficiency in multiple Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, in a Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture across multiple workstreams and systems, as well as with disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure practices;
• Strong CRM industry and product knowledge;
• Strong technical architecture and client development skills, with a strong focus on client services;
• Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

Please note that travel to client sites may be required up to 15% of the time.
