We are looking for an Information Security Analyst with technical skills in security, networking, system, and tooling/automation to join the infrastructure security team to improve the efficiency and reliability of operations in a dynamic, fast-paced global network. The candidate needs to have a wide range of skills and is willing to adapt and learn additional items.

Your Role:

  • Be on the front lines, responding to security incidents and resolving issues in real-time.
  • Partner with other departments to tackle escalated security challenges.
  • Guide and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
  • Play a key role in security planning and response to support our growing business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with Internet carriers and vendors—we value these partnerships.
  • Monitor systems for security issues and investigate operational impacts.
  • Use and maintain software, such as log and intelligence sources to protect information and system function.
  • Check for vulnerabilities in systems.
  • Provide detailed after-action reports and summaries—your input will help us improve continuously.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of technicians and engineers, whether they’re onsite, remote, or responding after-hours.
  • Be a reliable resource during escalations, responding quickly via email, tickets, chat, phone, or any other method.
  • Rotate after-hours on-call duties with our talented team of administrators and engineers. You're never in this alone!
  • Operate and maintain systems that set the bar for reliability and security.
  • Recommend system enhancements.


Your Background:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of compliance, governance, risk, and/or audit experience with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g. SOX, PCI, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, SOC2, NIST, etc.)
  • Compliance, technology, risk, privacy, governance or other industry-related certifications (current or in progress; e.g. CISA, CISSP, QSA, CIS LA, etc.) highly preferred
  • A true team player who’s passionate about creating an environment of excellence and sharing best practices.
  • Strong communication skills—whether written or verbal, you're clear, concise, and always professional.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • The ability to stay flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment—learning new tools and processes excites you!
  • Dependable, with reliable transportation (or access to public transport) and the drive to act with urgency when needed.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and discovery tools (such as Tenable [Nessus], Qualys, Kali linux, Metasploit)
  • Experience with consuming data from various sources such as logs, alert, external threat intelligence, vendor and third part sites.
  • Knowledge of operating systems to assist operational teams with vulnerability management and post incident investigation.
